1. Services
Divine Body Wellness LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company") provides professional mobile and in-clinic massage therapy and wellness services in Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding areas. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Appointments and Booking
Appointments may be requested via our website booking form, phone, or text at (702) 625-1565, or email at divine@divinebodywell.com. Appointment requests submitted online are not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from us — typically within 24 hours.
In-clinic sessions at our W Charleston Blvd location are available on select days only. Please call or text to confirm availability before booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion. We understand that emergencies arise — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
4. Health Disclosures
Massage therapy may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medications to your therapist before your session begins. By booking, you confirm that you have consulted your physician if necessary and that you have disclosed any contraindications to receiving massage therapy.
Wellness and lifestyle consultations are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice. Divine Body Wellness does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
5. Mobile Service
For mobile appointments, you are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and reasonably accessible space for the therapist to set up a massage table (approximately 7 x 4 feet). We reserve the right to decline service or reschedule if the service location presents health or safety concerns.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Any confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate communicated at time of booking.
7. Add-On Services
Add-on enhancements (AromaTherapy, Hot Stones, Guided Meditation, Energy Balancing, Sound Therapy, Therapy Gun, Gliding Cups) are available as enhancements to massage services only. They are not offered as standalone services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Body Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
